How long does it take to receive my order?
Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your order, although we do aim to have your order to you within 5 business days. (1-3 days for packaging and 1-7 days for postage.)

What is the delivery speed?
The Australia Post Express Post Service network covers over 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes. Delivery outside this network will receive the fastest possible delivery using existing transport links.

What happens if I am not home?
We automatically opt for 'No Signature Required' upon delivery, however you can request 'Signature Required' in the 'Delivery Instructions' message field in the checkout. Please leave any instructions on where to leave parcels if address unattended at time of delivery.
Is my order insured?
Damage or loss in transit is rare however if it happens we will take responsibility for it. Please call us to organise the return of damage goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived.
I live in a remote location can I still order through you?
Absolutely. If you live in a remote or regional area on a property such as a farm or station where you know Australia Post do not deliver to, it's usually best to use the address 'Care Of Depot in YOUR TOWN'. If you provide a phone number that you are reachable on during business hours the local courier agent will be able call you to advise when they have your parcel and you can arrange with them what the best options are giving local circumstances etc. You may have to allow an extra freight time depending on your local freight services.
What does Delivery Exemption mean on a product?
We have sourced some of our products direct from wholesalers around the world who will ship direct to you, allowing us to pass on the cost savings to you. Please allow up to 21 days for deliver on these products.
If an item is Out of Stock what happens?
If this happens, we will notify you within one business day that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot re-order – we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order – we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.
